I thought over again and over that why the pregnancy nausea doesn’t come to me after the stable period? I wanted to talk everyone “I am terribly bad!!!” But I didn’t talk about my pregnancy especially before the stable period. Because of the image of drama and Manga, I believed nausea is just throwing up what I ate. But it’s wrong. Throwing up is just one situation of nausea. As we say “puke nausea”. There are also “eating nausea” which makes sick if you don’t eat. And “smell nausea”’, which the smell makes you nauseous. And more, “sleeping nausea”, which I got. I only a few times to throw up, but it was hard just to stay awake. Stand up? Difficult. Even to raise my upper body, it was difficult for me.

If you can’t get up, just read books.
It’s a little easier for me to lie down, but still tough. I couldn’t read a book. Of course, work is slow. I couldn’t give my clients a clear reason, so I kept apologising.
